Upon entering, the room's temperature felt like a winter blizzard at 59 degrees, when it was supposed to be cozy at 72. The tap water had an odd taste reminiscent of moldy bread, and multiple guests reported noise issues, easily overhearing conversations from the hallways. Additionally, there were complaints regarding the lack of hot water during peak times, which was a bit of a nuisance. I also noticed some outdated furnishings that could do with a refresh, impacting the overall aesthetic appeal.

Charming place to unwind after a long day, and enjoy free internet for work or leisure.

I walked into a room that felt more like a freezer than a cozy space. The heating had issues and took forever to kick in. The hallways had a musty smell, a sign they may need to amp up their cleaning efforts. While my room was fine, the common areas left a bit to be desired. Plus, the shower pressure could’ve used some serious work, making a refreshing rinse harder to achieve than it should be.

I was left shivering in a frozen room at 59 degrees, while the thermostat screamed 72. After such a long drive, I felt I deserved a complimentary upgrade for my troubles but was simply treated like everyone else, which I absolutley wasn't expecting.

The stay was enjoyable, with friendly staff, a clean room, and a great breakfast spread. The indoor pool was a nice touch too. However, the bathroom had some issues, with caulking peeling and signs of mold. Also, it would have been more convenient if room service provided towels.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by warm smiles and friendly service from the reception staff. The lobby was really inviting, and breakfast offered a great variety to start my day right!

However, the picnic table outside was in bad shape—a shame, since it would have been nice to enjoy some fresh air. Also, the elevator experienced a brief power outage during my stay, which was unexpected.

The location was sweet as, heaps close to restaurants and shops. But the breakfast could've been way better—everything felt a bit microwaved. Chur to the comfy bed, though!

This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the free internet, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and indoor swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff kindly assisted with early check-in. I highly recommend it and I'm coming back for Easter!
