Unfortunately, I encountered significant issues during my stay. The kitchen staff was outright rude, and my family felt unwelcome during breakfast. Plus, the breakfast ended sharply at 10:00 a.m., leaving us in a scramble, which was quite frustrating after a long trip. These interactions really detracted from what could have been a pleasant experience.

I was very underwhelmed, to say the least. The breakfast ended at 10:00 a.m. so abruptly, my grandchild missed out on a sausage biscuit, and the kitchen staff was simply rude. Also, I woudl ve been delighted to receive a complimentary drink for my troubles, but alas, I guess I’m just a regular guest here.

Wicked loved the clean room and the comfy bed! The staff was super friendly and helped me out when I needed directions. The temperature control in the room was a lifesaver after a long trip. Breakfast was fresh and hot, can’t do better than that! I’m definitely coming back, no doubt about it.

The location is perfect, ja, and the room was super clean. The bed? Flipping comfy, man. Plus, the mini fridge was a lifesaver for my drinks. Happy I could control the room's temperature, too, made it lekker to chill in there!

Only bummer was the fitness center. one treadmill wasn’t working so had to switch to the other, but all good.

i was so disappointed when i walked in and saw that some staff members were getting a little too cozy in the bathroom, totally unprofessional! then, i went to grab breakfast, but it ended right at 10:00 a.m., like really? i almost thought about giving a good review, but this was just too much for me to overlook.

the room had a good size 49" tv which was a nice touch. the air conditioning unit leaked, making the floor damp, which was uncomfortable.

My family enjoyed a clean King Room with ample space, perfect for relaxation. The friendly staff promptly attended to our requests. Breakfast was hearty, but don’t be late as it closes at 10 a.m. Remember to ask for toiletries early if you have kids!

I really appreciated how clean the rooms were—had my flashlight inspecting every inch, and it passed my tests with flying colors! ! Even got to enjoy that hot breakfast, which was a huge plus for us after a long drive. Those little details really added to our experience, you know?

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but I guess that’s what you pay for the cleanliness and decent service.

Location is top-notch, right within Wilson's bustling heart! Tons of restaurants nearby and easy access to shopping areas. Staff were super friendly, and the breakfast spread was delish! 😋

I had a great stay here! The room was super clean, and the bed was incredibly comfy. Plus, I loved that I could control the room temperature. Just a heads up, breakfast ended a bit early for me, but overall, I'd definitely come back!

This place suits me perfectly with its fast internet, 24-hour reception, and great laundry service. I remember when the staff helped me return my forgotten belongings. I highly recommend staying here. I’ll be back for a weekend!
