Great location, close to all the places we wanted to go. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests.

The room was quite small and cramped, not a lot of space to move around. The air-conditioning was old and noisy, making it difficult to sleep at night.

I got great value for my money at the hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with a balcony that overlooked Cyril Magnin St. The location was perfect, close to Union Square and the trolley tram, and the staff was pleasant and helpful, even upgrading one of our rooms for free.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the spacious rooms with comfortable beds and crisp, white sheets. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, being just steps away from a key downtown area. Additionally, the helpful and friendly staff made my experience even more enjoyable.

On the negative side, I was disappointed to find that the hotel's car parking was quite expensive, costing me $132 for just two nights. This was an unexpected expense that I only realized after parking my car.

The value for money was excellent, and I got a free upgrade to a fabulous room with a balcony facing the city. The location was fantastic, right off Union Square, with easy access to transportation, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

During our stay, we found the hotel to be in a great location close to Union Square and within walking distance of many popular bars and restaurants. The Amtrak stop on Mission Street was also conveniently close by. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice amenities like consistent Wi-Fi and a lift chair by the pool. Although we did not have breakfast at the hotel, the staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations for nearby eateries.

We did experience some issues with the cleanliness of our room such as dusty surfaces and old towels.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city and had a great experience. The rooms were spacious and very clean, which made for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the shops, transportation, and restaurants in the area. Plus, the staff were polite and professional, providing excellent customer service throughout my entire stay.

There were a couple of things that I didn't particularly like. Firstly, the room rates seemed a bit deceptive, with different prices for different nights. It would have been nice to have a more consistent pricing structure. Additionally, the pool, which appeared large in the website photos, turned out to be quite small in reality. I was also unable to find any changing facilities near the pool, which was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel's central location around Union Square was perfect for exploring the city. One thing that stood out to us was the incredibly helpful and friendly receptionist Gina, who went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised by the free upgrade to a family suite, which had a fridge and table, as well as a real window for fresh air. Despite being in an old building, we were impressed by how well the hotel maintained its nooks and crannies while still providing modern amenities.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The best aspects were the fantastic location in the center of everything. We were close to the cable cars and just a short walk to Powell St station. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable. The staff was professional and nice, ensuring that we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Plus, the breakfast was delicious.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. It was so convenient to be in Union Square, as we were able to easily explore all the central areas. The staff were amazing, they upgraded our room and even gave us a complimentary champagne. The service was top-notch, from the friendly reception desk to the helpful staff during daytime, we felt well taken care of.
