The location was a walker's dream—everything was just steps away. The staff were welcoming, especially John the Concierge, who gave fantastic local tips.

However, my room felt dated, and the corridors had a maze-like quality that was a bit confusing. The parking fee was a real wallet-buster at $63, which caught me off guard.

High parking fees at $68 per day could use reconsideration!!! Noise disturbances from the street can ruin a good night’s sleep!!! The inconsistent housekeeping left much to be desired!!! Dated furnishings detract from the experience!!!

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored the park with its great trails and stopped by local restaurants nearby. The hotel location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. The room was comfortable too. Definitely check out the pool. it was a nice touch during our trip!

Had a weird experience with the bellhop who insisted on helping with our bags despite our wishes. It felt awkward since we had fragile items and preferred to handle them ourselves.

We got upgraded to a spacious executive room for my husband's 50th! Honestly, the location is spot-on, just a minute walk to the cable cars. Oh, and the Prosecco surprise was fab!

And yikes, the towels by the pool were playing hide and seek.
