The location of Wingate By Wyndham is ideal for access to restaurants and various medical facilities, making it very convenient for travelers.

I did face some noise disturbances, especially with room assignments near the indoor balcony area, which picked up a lot of breakfast and lobby noise.

The fire alarm was a confusing interruption with no follow-up information!!! A cleaning staff that doesn't respect late check-out commitments is frustrating!!! Room air conditioning needs improvement along with the shoddy carpet repair!!!

Clean room, friendly staff, great free parking. Wi-Fi was slow, though.

Soundproofing could use a serious upgrade!!! Rooms near the lobby are excessively noisy, with cleaning carts and luggage rolling by at all hours!!! An inefficient cleaning service resulted in missed room servicing!!!

everything was first-rate.

I was utterly dismayed by the lack of service. The check-in staff were simply rude, obviously too busy to acknowledge me. Plus, the bathtub was a sorry sight, yellow and unwelcoming. And, of course, I have to mention expecting a complimentary upgrade for my troubles that I absolutely did not receive, unbelievable. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The hotel was impressively clean, with comfy beds, free wifi, and a fantastic breakfast! Staff was always attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

the fitness center was well-equipped with plenty of machines and weights. noise from hallways interrupted sleep early.

the housekeeping staff was fantastic and made sure everything was spotless! the location was perfect, very close to the hospital, which suited our needs. the outdoor pool area had cozy sun loungers to relax. 😊

could improve breakfast variety a bit.

the internet was a bit tricky to access. but the room had a good layout, and everything was clean. i loved the ample electrical outlets and the fridge was handy for snacks.

The gym was spacious! I mean, they had everything you need for a serious workout, treadmills, bikes, and that versatile cable machine is a game changer. The staff? Amazing! Vincent was a real highlight, super friendly and helped us feel right at home.

It wasn’t exactly cheap! but it was still within reason for the experience we got.

It was a smart choice for a short stay in Little Rock with a great value-to-price ratio. The staff was accommodating, especially when we needed our truck keys left at the front desk while we grabbed dinner. For parking, make sure to access the back lot for easier maneuvering with larger vehicles.

The staff was incredible, always making sure my mom's room was clean and ready after long days at the hospital. The outdoor swimming pool was a great spot to unwind. I loved the full-length mirror in the room!

But the breakfast selection could be improved. it felt a little basic. And the location was slightly further from downtown than I had hoped.

While the staff was friendly and eager to assist, the cleanliness left much to be desired—detecting a musty smell and crumbs on the carpet was off-putting. Breakfast options included international dishes, enhancing the overall experience, but overall maintenance issues need addressing for a more pleasant stay.
