The hot tub was a highlight, offering a peaceful retreat after a long day.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about nearby attractions, though check-in experience was a mixed bag; one receptionist was less than welcoming. Loved the easy access to Tlaquepaque for arts and dining. Parking was a bit tight for larger vehicles, but manageable. Amenities like the Lazyboy desk chair enhanced comfort, and the pool views were lovely. A couple of bumps, but the charm and tranquility made for a pleasant stay. Would happily return.

The location is a significant asset; just a short walk to downtown and local eateries like The Coffee Pot. the property isn’t luxury. If pampering is what you seek, look elsewhere. It’s comfortable and safe, but the rooms are dated, requiring a deep clean. Staff, especially Michael, were attentive and helpful. Breakfast on-site would be a welcome addition. The charming pool area could use some work. Great potential, but the structure needs improvement. Pricing feels excessive for the experience offered.

Excellent views from the balcony. Room 314 was large and comfy with a clean shower, fridge, and flat-screen TV. Free shuttle to hiking spots. The pool and hot tub were nice, and the location was super close to shops and restaurants. Alkrizzia provided amazing tips and service. Loved the vibe!
