We had a wonderful stay at a centrally located property. Our room was spacious, featuring a jacuzzi that we made use of. The beautiful historic building had tasteful antique furniture and a cozy fireplace. We enjoyed the exposed beams and high ceilings, and the comfortable bed with quality linen. The availability of hot drinks at all times was a nice touch. The communal lounges were beautiful, and the staff made great recommendations for local dining and drinking establishments. The breakfast provided was good and added to our overall experience.

Staff could sometimes come across as unwelcoming, which may not suit all guests. Additionally, the process for reserving breakfast in the morning seemed unnecessary and could deter visitors from enjoying that aspect of their stay.

Lovely B&B with attentive staff. We stayed during the Marblehead Christmas Walk and were warmly greeted by Carolyn. Despite some issues with the gas fireplace, Carolyn was quick to fix them and even left a note and chocolates to apologize. We couldn't use the tavern credit for lunch due to the festivities, but Carolyn suggested a wine and cheese platter delivered to our room. The room was clean and quiet, and breakfast was delicious. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this B&B.

The staff goes above and beyond. The inn is charming with a warm fire and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The breakfasts are substantial with lots of choices. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The location is good for touring and sightseeing.

Our Christmas getaway in Massachusetts was made even more memorable by our stay at this quaint inn. The elegant and tasteful interior of the building added a touch of old-world charm to our experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with local tips and advice. The breakfast options were numerous and of a very high standard. We particularly enjoyed the freshly made French toast and sausage. Additionally, the back yard garden area was breathtaking and provided a peaceful retreat.

Finding parking in the historic section of the town was a bit challenging due to the one-way streets. Moreover, some areas of the town felt busy and frenzied, detracting from the overall tranquility of the retreat.

The hotel's location near the harbor in a fascinating historic area was perfect. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay at Harbor Light Inn. We booked a room with a fireplace, but unfortunately, we couldn't use it due to warm weather. Despite this, our stay was still amazing. The rooms were beautiful and the breakfast was incredible. We enjoyed it so much that we returned for another stay. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The only drawbacks were the limited parking space and the small size of room #7. Also, the hairdryer in our room was not working.
