The free shuttle to IAH was a great convenience, starting at 0430. The front desk staff and shuttle driver were always prompt and friendly, making my airport transfers seamless. The room was updated, spacious, and clean, with a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. The on-site restaurant was excellent, with the option of room service. The housekeeping staff, especially Ray Shawn, went above and beyond, and the front desk staff, particularly Travis. my stay felt like visiting friends, and I can't wait to go back.
