As party people, we loved the spacious rooms, great shower, and full kitchen in the common room. The sauna and fire pit were a great addition to our fun-filled stay.

The hotel offered campfire opportunities, although we didn't see anyone using them during our stay. We also appreciated the comfortable outdoor chairs. The location was convenient, within walking distance of a nice restaurant with a bar. It was also near the ferry to Washington Island. The owners were friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to mail back a forgotten phone charger at no cost to us. we highly recommend this hotel.

Our New Year stay at this inn was absolutely delightful. the two facts that stood out were the newly renovated rooms and the stunning view of the bay. the room was superb, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed the balcony with its table and chairs, where we could sit and admire the beautiful flowers and flowering shrubs surrounding the inn. the location was also perfect, offering easy access to both shores and Washington Island. It was a peaceful retreat, far from the hustle and bustle, with very little traffic.

It's hard to find any negatives about our stay at this inn. However, there was one minor inconvenience that may be worth mentioning.

We loved the cozy 2nd floor unit with a balcony and bay view. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the shower was magnificent. Checking in and out was simple, and the host was kind and welcoming. The location was peaceful with easy access to both shores and Washington Island.

The rooms at this hotel were so comfortable, with soft and fluffy pillows that made for a great night's sleep. the whirlpool was a perfect treat after a long day of hiking in the beautiful nearby Newport State Park. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic - it was conveniently close to the ferry terminal, making it easy to plan a trip to Washington Island.

One downside was that the garden could have been better maintained, with more organized flower beds and improved external common areas. Another thing to note is that the layout of one of the houses connected the bedrooms upstairs, which could be a bit inconvenient if sharing the space with multiple people.

It was also conveniently close to some great restaurants, like the Shoreline and the Wickman House for a fancy meal. the grounds were spacious and had plenty of Adirondack chairs for relaxing. We loved sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful views. Additionally, the manager, Refik, was super friendly and helpful. He made our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few things we didn't like about our experience. the room we stayed in appeared to be in the middle of a paint job, which was not the most pleasing sight.
