Lovely stay at Harbor View Inn. Friendly staff, great ocean view room. Due Luna restaurant was a highlight. Spa was a nice touch. No resort fee! One drawback was $25 valet parking fee. Still, wonderful experience overall. Appreciate the convenient location.

we had a great experience at harbor view. the ocean view queen room was perfect for us with a lovely balcony and a peaceful atmosphere. the staff was friendly and accommodating, even surprising us with champagne for our honeymoon. the location was ideal, allowing us to explore on foot easily. overall, a fantastic stay!

If you're looking for a cozy place by the beach in Santa Barbara, this hotel is a gem. the staff here is delightful, always ready to assist with a smile. the location couldn't be more ideal - just a stone's throw away from the ocean and the vibrant Main Street filled with shops and restaurants. the rooms are spacious and well-kept, with a lovely touch of a balcony to soak in the California sun. the outdoor seating area at the restaurant is perfect for a relaxing meal, and the food is top-notch. You'll find yourself within walking distance of many attractions, making it a convenient spot for exploring the city.

While my stay at this hotel was fantastic, there are a couple of minor things that could be improved. It would be nice if the hotel offered a better brand of coffee in the rooms, considering the price paid for the stay.

The hotel offers a superb location near the beach and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area on foot. the staff is friendly and accommodating, providing helpful recommendations and being willing to assist with requests. One area that could be improved is the outdated air conditioning system that may need attention for a more comfortable stay.

The location was awesome, right by the beach and close to State St for shopping and nightlife. The hotel had the chilliest outdoor area and we loved being by the water. Plus, the hiking trails nearby were perfect for our nature-loving crew.

The only thing that would've made our stay even more epic would be if the hotel had a cool rooftop lounge or a beach bonfire setup for some late-night hangouts.

The location of this hotel was mind-blowing! Just steps away from the beach and a stone's throw from Stern's Warf. The well-kept grounds and friendly staff made our stay super enjoyable. They even gave us awesome suggestions for dining and helped us plan our airport transfer for an early morning flight. The pool and jacuzzi were jaw-droppingly gorgeous, and the rooms were unbelievably spacious and clean. The staff was sweet and the surf right outside the hotel was a pleasant surprise. We had a jaw-droppingly beautiful partial view of the pier and State Street from our room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was fantastic, especially the bathtub. I'm a tall person, but I could actually fit comfortably in it, which was a pleasant surprise. The beachfront patio outside the check-in desk was the perfect spot to enjoy meals. The location couldn't have been better, and we had a fabulous time celebrating my wife's birthday. The photos of the hotel really don't do it justice. The staff at check-in, especially the lady who helped us, were incredibly helpful and friendly. She even upgraded us to an ocean view room with a balcony, which was super awesome. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and more.

Casual luxury: As I lounged by the ocean view pool deck, sipping a refreshing cocktail, I felt like a movie star enjoying the good life. The blooming colors and tropical palm trees created an ambiance that was both glamorous and relaxing.

I chose Harbor View Inn for a brief stay during my travels, and its location, only 25 km from Santa Barbara, was extremely convenient. The hotel's proximity to attractions such as Chase Palm Park and MOXI, The Wolf Museum of Exploration + Innovation, made it an ideal choice for a quick stopover.

Despite leaving my room clean and even leaving a tip for the housekeeping staff, the mishandling of this issue left a negative impression.

The value for the money was exceptional, with luxurious rooms and impeccable service. The location was ideal, just steps away from the beach and a short walk to Stearn's Wharf and State Street. The staff made us feel welcome and catered to our every need.

The breakfast offerings could use some improvement, perhaps with a wider variety of options.
