I recently stayed at the Sheraton in Carlsbad for 9 nights with my family. From the moment we checked in, Johnny provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure our happiness throughout our stay. The hotel itself was immaculately clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also enjoyed the stunning views from the upper floors. The location was perfect for a weekend getaway, and even though it wasn't far from my house, it provided a refreshing change of scenery. The amenities were top-notch, and I felt completely safe staying in the clean and well-maintained room during these uncertain times.

The staff here is very helpful, always ready to assist you with any requests or questions you may have. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. we had a wonderful experience here and would recommend it to anyone.

On the downside, there were a few instances where the staff didn't communicate well between themselves. It took a few tries to get the assistance we needed, but once we did, the staff was very helpful.

They even had a small convenience store where we could purchase snacks like candy bars or chips.
