Our key stopped working late at night, but security arrived promptly to assist. the resort also provided helpful troubleshooting for our TV connectivity. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

Traveling for leisure, we stayed at Waterwood Townhouses and enjoyed a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful lake views. Convenient access to the pool, sauna, and hot tub, plus complimentary bike usage made our stay delightful. the well-maintained condo felt like a cozy home away from home, and exploring the marina added to the charm. We are excited to return this summer for another relaxing getaway.

At my go-to spot, I find all I need for a perfect stay: Free Wi-Fi, parking, cool pools, AC, game room. Staff once helped my insect bite—never forgetting that! Excited for the upcoming weekend getaway!

The hotel has a beautiful setting among stunning pine and oak trees with pretty ponds, and there’s a lovely concrete walking path around the water. The rooms are very cozy with all new appliances, including twin beds, and the staff are very attentive and provide basic amenities. Additionally, the prices are great, and breakfast is delicious.

Some aspects could be improved, but overall, this hotel was a good experience.

The walking path around the water was a great start for the day. Plus, having access to complimentary miniature golf with extended hours provided fun activities for all ages. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the kitchen appliances worked well, making meal prep easy.

The bedding felt old and in need of replacement. the plumbing in our room wasn't functioning correctly and it took some time to get them fixed.

We stayed at a condo near a pond, which provided a lovely view and serene atmosphere. The location was also convenient, as it was near a marina, perfect for those who enjoy boating or fishing. Additionally, there were nearby hikes that allowed us to explore the beautiful surroundings.
