We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was ideal, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore all the tourist attractions and even walked to the winterlude events, canal, and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated, with a nice sitting area and a big bookcase. The staff was wonderful, they were friendly and very helpful. The service was top-notch, from room service to housekeeping. The room itself was spacious and had all the necessary amenities including air conditioning, ironing facilities, and a mini-bar. We felt truly comfortable and pampered during our stay.

The room was newly renovated and it was absolutely beautiful. The bed was super comfortable and I loved the reading lights in the headboard. They really thought of everything, with easily accessible spots to charge my phone. the room was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

The Rox restaurant downstairs offers delicious meals, including great burgers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with attentive staff providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the swimming pool.

The hotel could improve on providing complimentary bottled water in the rooms.

It was the main reason for choosing this hotel, as it allowed me to easily explore all the sights, shops, and restaurants in the area. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with the staff being more than accommodating and friendly. They were always easy to contact and willing to help with any request or question I had.

In terms of negatives, I found that the breakfast options for children were quite limited. Also, there was a bit of confusion regarding the pricing, as they charged an unexpected amount for a short visit to the room.

There were lots of outlets in the room, which was convenient for charging our digital equipment.
