had a fantastic time at the Biloxi. the property felt like a mini Vegas with impeccable service. even with a room mix-up, the staff quickly resolved it, and we got an upgrade thanks to Sarah’s help. highly recommend the Platinum tower for spacious, clean rooms with stunning views. great dining options and location for exploring the area on foot.

Rock Spa®: After a long day of exploring the city, I decided to treat myself to a spa day at the hotel's Rock Spa®. The experience was nothing short of luxurious, with professional therapists providing a unique and cleansing experience. It felt like I was being pampered and rejuvenated, just like a celebrity preparing for a red-carpet event.

Imagine indulging in succulent steaks at Ruth's Chris and savoring seafood delights at Mary Mahoney's Old French House - all just a hop and a skip away. Their poolside snack bar is a hidden gem for quick bites, and being a stone's throw from Sal & Mookie's is a pizza lover's dream. Plus, the local Ben & Jerry's is a sweet paradise at arm's reach!

Missing a refrigerator in our room left us craving chilled drinks by the pool. The quirky showers added a fun twist to our stay, but the design left us scratching our heads.

The view was lovely, and the staff's friendliness stood out. Despite a few setbacks, the experience overall was what I needed for some solace in my travels.

The staff's kindness towards my elderly parents made my first stay memorable. This place suits me perfectly, with free Wi-Fi, valet parking, and great amenities like a pool, spa, and fitness center. I keep coming back for my holiday.

For dads, it would be great to have more children-friendly activities.

the place was super clean and had a good view. and we were real close to cool stuff to look at with nice memorabilia. loved the bartender robot at the hard rock restaurant. the staff - like amanda at the desk and nathan with valet parking - were so helpful and welcoming.

My friends and I had a blast at the casino, enjoying hours of endless slot machine fun and the happening table games. The bands at the live music venue were lit, and the exclusive audio experience made us feel like rockstars. The Platinum Tower's luxury was off the charts, and we felt like celebs!

We wished for even more exciting and modern slot machine games to keep the party vibes alive for us young, energetic friends.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean, had a great view, and the staff treated me well. The location was perfect with plenty of dining options within walking distance.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if they had included a complimentary breakfast.

My kids and I had a great time during our second stay at Hard Rock. We spent most of our time at the pool, where the staff, especially Kennedy, the poolside waitress, was awesome. The rooms were clean with great views, and it was fun having music playing as soon as we walked in. The location and layout of the hotel made it feel like an adult Disney World.

The room was fantastic – loved the layout, the view, the shower, and that cozy bed. The rock music vibe all around was pretty cool. Even though the buffet was closed, it didn't bother us much. Appreciated the relaxation options and the fun casino atmosphere, and we're definitely planning a return trip soon! 🎰

The hotel's location is amazing! It's just like a church on the beach, offering stunning views of the sunrise and sunset. The rooms are clean and come with basic amenities, such as a shower and comfortable bed with clean sheets. Additionally, breakfast served at Sugar Factory is delicious.
