The diverse dining venues offered a great variety of food options, perfect for different tastes throughout my stay.

The check-in process was extremely slow, with only two staff members handling a long queue, which made for a frustrating start to my visit.

The dining options were diverse, especially with

the Sugar Factory American Brasserie offering great desserts, though a bit pricey. The pool's vibe was enjoyable, and while the casino had a nice atmosphere, I found the gaming options a bit limited and outdated for a hard rock hotel.

During my recent stay, I had dinner at the Sugar Factory. The chicken club did not meet my expectations, as the chicken tasted like lunch meat. Unfortunately, I was left disappointed. Exploring the amenities, I found the pool area pleasant, which was a plus. I am used to more personal touches in dining and atmosphere, being an art historian. Overall, I think there is room for improvement with the food quality and room information.

the 'ocean view' room was nothing but a peek at the garage wall, absolutely not worth the price. check-in was a hot mess, and woudl ve been nice to receive some compensation for the inconveniences. I was really hoping for a pleasant stay, but sadly, that just didn’t happen, and here I am, almost giving a good review.

The casino had a fab variety of games and the poolside dining was lovely. The view from my room was just delightful, and I truly enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere.

However, the furniture looked like it was through a rock concert—so worn! Plus, I swear the smoke in the air is auditioning for a role in 'Unpleasant Memories. '

Had an awesome time with friends! We enjoyed the variety of food options and the relaxing on-site sauna. The casino action was non-stop with tons of slot machines and table games. Catching some live music off the casino floor was definitely a highlight!

Check-in was kind of a mess. it took a while to get through the line. Plus, I was surprised by some hidden fees that popped up during check-in which made the overall experience a bit frustrating.

The walls are covered with huge windows, giving this amazing light in the room! The shower was massive, I mean really huge! and the electric shades were a nice touch for privacy when I needed it. Really enjoyed having drinks on the long couch while looking at the view.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but for the experience, I think it’s acceptable.

The casino's lively atmosphere, enjoyable pool, and fabulous restaurant variety made for a fun stay! Spa ladies did a glorious job with my hair, truly a highlight.

However, hauling my luggage through the crowd was a workout I didn’t sign up for. Also, seriously, let's not play hide and seek with the check-in desk!

It was just a solid selection for a brief hiatus in Biloxi with high value for money. The lobby features a unique Robo Bar, which was a cool sight but not really practical given the free drinks available. For a better experience, look for a room with a view to enjoy the scenery.
