The room was clean and had a nice view. The electric shades added a good touch, making it easy to control light. The bed was comfortable, though the double-sheeting felt odd without a blanket, especially when I forgot to bring one. The remote was in a cardboard sleeve, which I appreciated for cleanliness. half the outlets didn’t work, and I found hair on the sheets. The WiFi was slow, which made work difficult. The temperature control was decent, but some noise from the hallway was noticeable at times.

I absolutely loved how everything was within easy walking distance, as I could stroll to amazing spots like the Mardi Gras Museum and the Hurricane Katrina Memorial, both just about a five-minute walk away, while enjoying great food options like Ruth's Chris Steak House and Half Shell Oyster House nearby, making it so convenient to explore all that Biloxi has to offer. The hotel also had nice amenities like a pool and easy check-in service, but I think they could improve their dining experience since we had an unpleasant situation at the pizza restaurant.

The staff was amazing and so friendly, making every moment feel special! I adored my room with the big window overlooking the pool. The swim-up bar at the pool was just the cherry on top of an unforgettable experience!

The food is fresh and delicious, and the drinks are appropriately strong. the room left much to be desired. Dust, outdated amenities, and a malfunctioning shower made for an uncomfortable experience. Billing issues arose, and the lack of communication was frustrating. While the breathtaking view captivated, the overall quality was not reflective of the price. Cleanliness and maintenance should be prioritized. I’ve experienced better, which makes this trip disappointing. Must do better to keep loyal guests returning.

Check-in was a breeze with friendly staff, and the pool view room in the Platinum Tower was spacious and clean, though a bit dated. my stay took a turn when I found the room inadequately cleaned from the previous guest, and the second room smelled off. Maintenance shows up unannounced, raising safety concerns. I could hear everything from neighboring rooms, waking me up at 4 a.m. The casino was great, and the Hard Rock Café provided decent food, but service was lacking. With known issues and staff responses falling short, it leaves much to be desired.
