This place was a proper gem! Clean room, comfy bed, and the view’s a right treat. Staff were friendly as pie, but the bathroom door was a bit dodgy. Still, can’t fault the location by the tube! Deffo recommend it, mate!

Got a lekker upgrade with a stunning view! Place was super clean, and the staff at reception were chommies—so helpful. Bit fancy with the cardio and hot water in the shower, and brekkie options were decent too. Close to the metro, which was nice for exploring.

Room felt a bit small with not much space for bags, but we made a plan.

The location is unbeatable, as the metro station is right outside and there's a Starbucks and convenience store next door. We also love the proximity to bus routes that take us to popular areas in no time.

absolutely dreadful stay, the temperature control made me feel like a sauna while the staff clearly didn’t care. the elevator was slower than molasses, how embarrassing that I had to wait while others, probably far less important than me, zipped by. a simple welcome gift would have been a nice touch to this overall disaster.

We loved having access to a laundry room with free detergent, especially with 3 kids! The 40-inch flat-screen TV in the room was a hit for our family movie nights after a long day exploring the city. The subway was just a short walk away.

In my wife’s opinion, a little better ventilation would’ve made our stay more comfortable.

Highly Recommend for a Relaxing Stay

I spent a month there and the staff was super friendly! Always ready to help me with my laundry, which honestly became a lifesaver since I got some stains on my clothes. The meals at the hotel restaurant were pretty good too, perfect for when I was too tired to go out after a long day.

It was a bit pricey for my taste, but worth it.

Super clean rooms with great views! Plus, transportation was super easy, only a short walk to both subway and bus stops. Had everything nearby—coffee shops and amazing restaurants to pop into when we craved a snack. Definitely recommend for the price!
