The location of this hotel is truly amazing. It is situated right next to a subway exit, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafes, and a convenience store nearby, so you'll never go hungry. The staff at the reception and restaurant were not only friendly and helpful, but they also spoke English fluently, which made communication a breeze. I also loved that the restaurant had late closing hours, as we were able to enjoy a delicious dinner even when we returned from a late-night tour. The food itself was top-notch and packed with flavor.

The limited number of eating places around, especially on weekends. However, this was a minor inconvenience as there were plenty of options within walking distance and the hotel's restaurant itself was fantastic.

Great location near subway, airport/attractions. Clean hotel with Aveda amenities. Highest floor with city/tower views, beautiful sunset/sunrise. Small room with comfy bed, good-sized bathroom. Sliding wardrobe, adequate space for clothes. Good buffet breakfast, 15-min walk to Korea Rail station. Immaculately clean, conveniently located with friendly professional service at an excellent value. Efficient use of space, well-equipped rooms. Helpful staff despite language limitations.

The location was perfect - right next to an underground station entrance and just a short walk to the main train station. The convenience of the airport shuttle buses stopping right outside the hotel was a huge plus. The room was cozy but comfortable, and I especially appreciated the attention to detail with the sliding doors that concealed the wardrobe area. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff were polite and helpful, the room was comfy with a stylish bathroom. There were special meal deals, including unlimited beer. The hotel is conveniently located near bus stops and the subway.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel's restaurant was not available for use due to private events during my stay.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station. It's so convenient, as the hotel is right in front of the metro exit. Plus, there are supermarkets, coffee shops, and nice restaurants nearby. You'll have plenty of options for dining and shopping.

One downside is that some previous guests have mentioned that the rooms need better maintenance. There were scratches on the walls, molding falling apart in the showers, and occasional hair from previous guests found around the room.

Had a great Xmas stay with welcoming staff, complimentary drinks and candies. the hotel is located near major subway stations and convenient for getting around the city. the room was spacious and luxurious, making for a comfortable stay. the bed was super comfy and made for a great night's sleep!

Only downside was the housekeeping service, which wasn't up to par. However, this wasn't a significant issue and didn't take away from the overall positive experience.

my stay at shilla stay was absolutely amazing. the staff were incredibly friendly and spoke perfect english. the room was spotlessly clean and the cleaning team did a fantastic job every day.

Shower head had hair stuck.

The staff at Shilla Stay went above and beyond during our stay. When we needed a bucket of ice late at night, they delivered it promptly. They even held onto my forgotten hair straightener for a month. The location was incredibly convenient, just a few steps away from the subway station. The bed was also exceptionally comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location met my expectation as per request since it was very close to the metro, making it convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, this hotel was in the middle of everything, with famous attractions like Seoul Tower and Gyeongbuk Palace just a short distance away. The service provided by the staff was excellent.
