The hotel grounds were beautifully decorated for Christmas, adding to the festive atmosphere. The valet and bellman service was highly efficient, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure process. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with close proximity to airports and interstate highways.

The service at the hotel left much to be desired. There were issues with getting a person to answer calls, and when assistance was finally obtained, it often took a long time to resolve any problems.

As foreign tourists, we loved that Hawks Cay Resort had everything we needed on the property. The multiple outdoor areas provided plenty of places to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The resort offered excellent food and a great teen program. We also enjoyed the 4th of July celebration by the main pool, complete with fantastic fireworks. The location on the keys was lovely, with a secure and safe atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the saltwater lagoon and the adult/tranquility pool. The free activities like mini-golf and basketball were a bonus, and we loved the ocean view from our 4th-floor room.

We had an amazing experience at this resort. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, with gorgeous white villas that made us feel like we were in the Caribbean. The location was great, with beautiful scenery. The staff was polite and accommodating. We enjoyed the pool and the salt water lagoon, and there were plenty of activities available such as parasailing and kayaking. The beach access in the lagoon was a bonus, with free access to stand up paddle boards and kayaks. The kids' activity center with the pirate ship splash pad was a hit, but our favorite spot was the resort pool and the Palapas at the lagoon. The water was amazing, and we even got to witness dolphin interactions and shows right at the hotel. We cannot wait to go back with our son for a family vacation.

The location of the resort is great, as it is positioned halfway between Miami and Key West, making it easy to take a day trip to Key West or explore the local attractions. The adults-only tranquility pool is a fantastic addition, offering a more relaxing experience with convenient access to the hotel room and central services. The breakfast and dinner restaurants serve delicious food, and the free parking is a bonus. The resort's surroundings are beautiful, and the tram transportation around the island is a nice touch. The hotel itself is well-decorated, and having a separate area for adults only is a brilliant idea. The proximity to Key West allows for an enjoyable afternoon trip. The villa we stayed in was clean, nicely decorated, and the staff made our stay truly amazing. The friendly and helpful nature of the staff surpassed any other place we have ever stayed. from the smooth and easy check-in and check-out process to the variety of amenities offered, this resort truly exceeded our expectations and made our first trip to the Keys unforgettable. We cannot wait to come back, as this resort will now be our favorite new spot.

We had a blast with the kids' activities, including singing, dancing, dodge ball, and obstacle courses. The snorkel cruise and Swim with the Dolphins experience were fantastic. The lagoon with water board and tiki huts added something extra special. The staff did an exceptional job, making our stay memorable. The extended facility usage policy was a great added bonus.

My recent stay at Hawks Cay Resort was fantastic. The resort grounds were beautifully maintained with lush landscaping. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed the adult-only pool area, Tranquility, which provided a peaceful oasis away from the main pool. The onsite restaurants, Oasis Cay and Angler & Ale, offered delicious meals at reasonable prices. I also appreciated the various free activities available such as kayaks, paddleboards, and bikes. I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

The pools are clean, well-maintained, and not crowded. There are plenty of activities for children, both indoors and outdoors. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is beautiful, with great weather and entertainment options. a great place for a family vacation.

The location is convenient for visiting Miami and Key West. The staff are welcoming and efficient. The food at Alma is excellent, especially the rib eye steak. The issues with the coffee machine and air-con were promptly resolved. The options for kids entertainment are fantastic.

We had a fantastic stay at this resort. The pool and lagoon were wonderful, perfect for the kids. The hotel facilities were top notch and well maintained. We appreciated the easy access into the nearby restaurants and grocery stores in Marathon and up to Islamorada. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We also loved the breakfast options available.

We had a blast at the beautiful resort area with its restaurant, bar, and pool. The villa's location and private pool were perfect for us trekkers and friends. Tons of activities for all ages and the staff was nice and friendly.

Lovely resort. For us right now with our two young kids, we would rather return here than spend so much on flights to the Caribbean. I thought it would be terribly hot in June, but with that ocean breeze it was perfect. We stopped here for lunch on our way back from Key West, it was too nice to skip. Kids loved the iguanas and the casual place was perfect with ocean breeze and ocean view, with ample space for our kids to run around. Great kid camp area, too.
