I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The suite was spacious and perfect for my family of 10. We were able to gather in the large suite comfortably and enjoy meals together. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the location was convenient - close to the airport and everything we needed. The front desk staff was incredibly nice and polite, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The quiet atmosphere of the hotel was also a plus. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Nice renovations and a cute studio room like a mini apartment with a comfortable bed. the separated bedroom area was a plus.

Very disappointed with the overall quality of the furnishings, including stained carpeting, furniture, and bedding linens. Also, no dresser in the room made it inconvenient for a longer stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room and the concept of a studio suite with a kitchen. The kitchen amenities, including the refrigerator, microwave, and stove top, were a great addition. The solid surface counters in the bathroom and tile bath were a nice touch. The airport shuttle service was convenient, and the price for the area was excellent. Despite being close to the airport, the noise from airplanes was minimal, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

We stayed at Hawthorn for a few nights while visiting my Mum's doctor who was conveniently located nearby. The desk staff were incredibly helpful and courteous throughout our stay. The suite itself was clean and well-stocked with amenities like TVs, a full-size fridge, and a microwave. The comfortable bedding and improved A/C unit made for a peaceful night's sleep. We were pleased with the size of the 2 queen bed suites, which allowed our family of 10 to gather comfortably and enjoy meals together.

We were offered complimentary chocolates upon arrival which was nice, and the location was convenient for our romantic escape, being close to restaurants and entertainment. the room had a nice view and was clean and cozy.

The noise level was unbearable and made it impossible to enjoy a restful night's sleep. the walls were thin and we could hear every sound and conversation from the neighboring rooms.
