Quality was top-notch, with modern furnishings and a clean room that matched the advertised pictures. the front desk staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the proximity to the Hollywood Casino was a major plus, and we appreciated the convenience of complimentary breakfast. it was great value for our money.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is very close to the center of Harpers Ferry, making it easy to explore the town and its attractions. it is close to everything I wanted, such as shops, restaurants, and historical sites. The room was clean and fresh, and the bed was comfortable. The staff at the front desk and housekeeping were all friendly and helpful. The service I received during my stay was excellent. The breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold options, ensuring that there was something for everyone.

The facilities at the hotel could use some updating.

Comfortable stay with included breakfast. About a mile walk from train station, but worth it. National Park Shuttle nearby, not always running but good trail for walk. Friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean facility. Nice variety for breakfast. Quiet room.

after a tiring day of biking and subpar hotel stays in harpers ferry, it was a relief to arrive at this place. the staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfy, and the free breakfast was delicious. a great night's rest before our final day of cycling. exceeded expectations!

wifi was spotty

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was close to Harper's Ferry's historic downtown area and within walking distance of all the attractions I wanted to visit. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, suggesting great places to eat and even offering to ferry us into town to find a restaurant. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including eggs, waffles, sausages, cereals, muffins, biscuits and gravy, and a selection of beverages. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, staff friendliness, and location.

Couldn't stay longer.

Excellent service and accommodating staff. I left my pillow behind and they were able to find it and hold it for me until I could pick it up. The room was clean, despite a mildew smell, and the breakfast had lots of variety. a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a great hotel for a few nights. It was convenient and close to the historic area of town. The breakfast had a good variety of options, including make-your-own waffles and fresh fruit. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had a larger than normal refrigerator, which was a nice surprise. The hotel had good wifi and was in excellent condition. it was a first-rate experience.

Everything is what I need and want.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was incredibly clean and fresh. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the windows in the room actually opened wide, allowing for fresh air. The breakfast options were delicious, including tasty waffles, egg and sausage sandwiches, cereal, oatmeal. I was especially impressed with the unique touch of having bananas and clementines available.

This place is mind-blowingly clean and the bathroom is super clean which is always helpful. It's within walking distance to lower town, Harper's Ferry, which is a jaw-dropping historical area with two different routes to explore. The location is also close to restaurants, a brewery, and other attractions. The continental breakfast was effective, and the small size of the place meant I could get to my room within seconds. it was a wonderful experience!

Great location for biking the C&O trail with accommodating staff, bike storage in rooms, and on-site laundry. Adequate breakfast options for a good start to the day.
