We had a fantastic stay at this place. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, allowing us to check in early and finding a room that suited our needs perfectly. The amenities were top-notch, with a well-equipped gym and a relaxing hot tub and steam room. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, especially for our daughter, who enjoyed the pancakes and juice. The sitting areas with fireplaces were cozy and perfect for playing board games in the evening. The location was great too, close to an antiquing area and Quassy Park, providing plenty of entertainment options.

We did find the prices to be a bit high, especially for a simple cup of coffee. However, this small issue did not take away from the overall positive experience we had here.

We had a wonderful family getaway at Heritage Hotel. The location was perfect, just a short drive from NY and CT. The kids loved the game room and the indoor pool. The Spa was a highlight, with an amazing massage from Tina. The restaurant staff was friendly, and the food was delicious, especially the mac-n-cheese and chocolate chip cookies. We can't wait to return! a great experience.

I recently stayed at Heritage Hotel for a holiday party and was amazed by the excellent staff and cleanliness of the hotel. The steam room, sauna, and cold shower were a luxurious addition, and I loved the unique pool with its overhead wood structure and jacuzzi. The pool lady's homemade fruit water was a delightful touch. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the bar and pool table provided entertainment. With walking trails, a golf course, and a cozy fireplace in the tavern, there was plenty to do without ever leaving the hotel.

The staff are very friendly. The room had that country-chic feel to it and was very clean. My little boy enjoyed the heated pool. Excellent choices in restaurants are near the area. Friendly restaurant right across the street, breakfast was awesome there. Overall experience - excellent. Would definitely go back to this hotel.

I had a great stay at the Heritage Hotel. The room was impeccable and the bed was super comfy. For the price I paid, it was definitely worth it. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful grounds and it was really quiet. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I had a pleasant stay. Oh, and the fitness center was fantastic!

Breakfast delights were lacking. It would be great if they could improve the Sunday brunch buffet, as it was completely depleted when I arrived.

The hotel is located in an excellent spot to explore the surrounding area. It's close to the center of a lot of things, which is ideal for tourists. The golf course looks wonderful, and it's probably the best in the area. It's in a quiet area that makes for a peaceful stay.
