I had an incredible stay in the remote jungle. The hotel had stylish and comfy rooms, with plenty of privacy. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and filled with a variety of bird life. The hotel also provided bikes to explore the nearby ruins of Kohunlich, which was an amazing experience. It did get a bit sweaty, but hearing the howler monkeys along the road made it all worth it.

I had the most incredible stay at a hotel in the middle of the jungle, close to the ruins of Kohunlich. The location was absolutely perfect, allowing me to easily explore the Mayan ruins and other local sites with excellent guides. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and stylish atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Additionally, the breakfast offered was delicious and provided a great start to my day in this beautiful part of the southern Yucatan Peninsula.

My Great vacation at Explorean Kohunlich was truly unforgettable! The hotel is nestled in the middle of the jungle, creating a unique and immersive experience. The all-inclusive package truly exceeded my expectations, with delicious food, exciting tours, and refreshing drinks. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The friendly and warm service from the staff made me feel right at home. I can't wait to return!

The adventure activities offered at the hotel were fantastic. We had a great time exploring the Mayan ruins and kayaking in the lakes and cenotes. The knowledgeable English-speaking guides made the experience even better. The food at the hotel was also exceptional. Each meal was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. We especially loved the freshly baked banana bread and hot coffee delivered to our cabana every morning. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel well taken care of. The location of the hotel was also a highlight, being nestled in the jungle provided a unique and immersive experience.

Communication with the hotel prior to our arrival was extremely difficult. No one responded to emails or phone calls, which was frustrating.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The all-inclusive food and drinks were delicious, with a great variety to choose from. The daily included excursions were fantastic, especially the trip to the Dzibanche ruins where we had the whole complex to ourselves. The guides were knowledgeable and helpful, and being able to understand them in Spanish gave us even more insight. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, with a private backyard accessible from the shower. The massage I had was perfect, and my husband and friends loved the temescal ceremony. It was also nice to interact mostly in Spanish with the Mexican guests and those from the States who were originally from Mexico.

We had a fantastic stay at The Explorean Kohunlich. The hotel is located in the jungle, within walking distance of the Kohunlich ruins. The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area, from Bacalar to Calakmul. The hotel facilities are beautiful, with a fine setting overlooking a pool and the jungle beyond. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel overall was top-notch. The staff were helpful and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. The breakfast provided was delicious and the menu for lunch and dinner had excellent options. We especially enjoyed the 3 pm tour to the Kohunlich archaeological site, which was a wonderful experience. The hotel even had bikes available, making the journey to the ruins an easy and enjoyable ride along a jungle road.
