Excellent Service

During my recent stay at Fairmont, the staff was courteous and always ready to assist. One particular instance stood out when I was at the pool. The observant lifeguard noticed I was doing laps and offered me a kickboard to enhance my workout experience. This attention to detail made me feel valued as a guest.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. the only positive aspects were the comfortable bed and good toiletries. Additionally, some of the staff were friendly and accommodating.
