The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our time there. The food was of high quality, surpassing many other all-inclusive resorts. The hotel's location, with direct access to the ocean and a beautiful wooden platform, was stunning. The all-inclusive package was exceptional, from the delicious food to the amazing drinks served by attentive wait staff. Our ground floor room with direct pool access was beautiful. it was an amazing stay for our large family gathering.

The food at Fiesta Americana is outstanding, with options like Cevicheria and seafood at the beach restaurant. The drinks are top shelf and the rooms are comfortable, with huge beds. The staff, especially José from Cevicheria and Aaroni who serves drinks on the beach, are extremely helpful and always remember what you like. The snorkeling off the beach is awesome, with stunning coral reefs and no crowds. the service and cleanliness of the hotel are top-notch.

I felt cared for and had no complaints whatsoever.

The location was perfect for diving, with a large pier for pickup. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always anticipating our needs. the food at all the restaurants was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. a fantastic experience!

The resort is starting to show its age and could use some renovations. Our air conditioning was not working properly and despite multiple attempts, it was never fully resolved.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the receptionist Hati to the waiters Mario and Jose. The variety and quality of the food at the Vina del Mar Buffet were exceptional. The hotel's location was perfect, away from the city and crowds, and the proximity to the beach made it easy for me to enjoy snorkeling. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities further enhanced my experience.

The food and drinks are top-notch with creative dishes and exotic cocktails. The beach offers fantastic snorkeling right in front of the resort. The travel experience desk made getting a car hassle-free. The pool is always available and perfect for a night swim.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel on an island right on the Caribbean ocean. The hotel facilities were upscale and very nice. The staff was amazing and worked very hard to please. The breakfast was outstanding and the quality of the food was excellent. The hotel had many activities and shows, including Mayan dance entertainment and an outstanding band/music. The pool was gorgeous and there were daily activities. The beach had beautiful seating and an amazing snorkeling area.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location, right across the road from the "Natural" area of the Explorean portion of the resort, was perfect. We loved being able to enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings. Our room, the presidential suite, was absolutely fantastic. With three baths, two bedrooms, a private hot tub, and a deck with sunset views, it exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to cater to our needs and special requests.

The first thing we loved was the delicious and fresh food. the variety and quality of the meals exceeded our expectations. Secondly, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel comfortable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, with beautiful views and easy access to the beach.

One thing we didn't like was the lack of towel organization. Many guests would take towels and leave them on chairs at the beach, preventing others from finding a spot.

I can confidently say we got great value for our money at Fiesta Americana. The room we stayed in was amazing, especially the fantastic bathroom. The location was perfect, with beautiful seating on the beach and a great snorkeling area. The staff made us feel so welcomed and special throughout our stay.

Located on the ocean with no beach, but easy water access. Modern facilities, short taxi ride to town. Fantastic food, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. Strong wifi and efficient air conditioning. Excellent customer service and personalized scuba experience. Good variety of food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Great base for diving, modern facilities, oceanfront location, helpful staff, fantastic food.

Stunning mid-century resort with a Rat Pack vibe. Warm and welcoming staff, especially Raul at the front desk. Spacious and fabulous rooms. Non-stop activities and nightly Vegas-like performances. Perfect location near beach shops with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Delicious food and attentive restaurant supervisor, Ruben. Angelica, the amazing concierge, made our departure hassle-free. Met wonderful vacationers who only stay at Fiesta Americana in Cozumel. Can't wait to go back!

I recently spent Christmas at a hotel in Cozumel and had a great experience. the hotel had its own private beach, which was perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. the water was crystal clear and I had the opportunity to rent snorkeling gear and explore the beautiful coral reefs just off the shore. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near downtown Cozumel, making it easy to explore the local shops and restaurants. I enjoyed the peaceful beach, the opportunity for snorkeling, and the proximity to downtown.

One aspect of my stay at the hotel that was not ideal was the constant presence of staff members trying to sell excursions. From the moment I arrived, I was bombarded with sales pitches and pressured to book tours.

Loved the location, very convenient and close to several attractions and activities. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the food offered was of high quality and there was a good variety to choose from.

The beach area was not family-friendly and felt more like concrete with sand poured over it, making it difficult to enjoy the water. the pool area was often crowded with children jumping from higher levels, and the management didn't seem to take action.
