I had an amazing time at the Hilton! The water park, Jade Waters, was so much fun. The recreation team was attentive and friendly, making sure everyone had a great and safe experience. Floating along the lazy river was the perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day.

The room was amazing with a great city view, spacious and comfortable with a huge closet. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

It was conveniently located near the Dallas Market Center, which made it easy for me to attend my business meetings. Additionally, the breakfast buffet at the Terrace was a great start to my day. the food was delicious and offered good value for the money.

One of the downsides of my experience was the expensive parking. I had to pay twice the parking fee for my two cars, which seemed a bit unfair.

Located in a relatively good area, there are a couple of decent local restaurants nearby. To access the water park, non-guests are kept out by charging for parking in the area due to the confined downtown area. DMC convention center is also close by for business travelers.

Some parts of the hotel seem to be under renovation with ongoing construction noises disrupting the peace.

The hotel is incredibly clean and the rooms are beautifully decorated with captivating art. The pool area provides great access and is enjoyable for vegetarians and vegans.

The location was convenient, close to downtown and right on I-35. The private gated parking and shuttle service were a big plus.

One major drawback was the outdated decor and furniture in the rooms. It was disappointing to see such worn, out furnishings in a hotel, especially from a well, known brand.

Additionally, the hotel's location was great as there were plenty of nearby eateries within walking distance.

One downside was the breakfast provided on the executive floor. We were expecting a more substantial meal, but it consisted of basic options like cold cereal and bagels.
