We had a wonderful time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in the downtown area was perfect, and we were pleased that they charged for parking to ensure a more exclusive experience for guests. The room amenities were fantastic, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a mini-bar and a sitting area. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the manager on duty who made sure all our needs were met. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, such as the spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and the jacuzzi. our experience here was exceptional.

During my stay at the Hilton, one thing that really impressed me was the spaciousness of the property. From the atria to the resort pool and the rooms, everything felt incredibly roomy. I especially loved the new tower with its Asian design aesthetic, which made for a quiet and comfortable stay. The amenities were top-notch, including the fantastic gym and workout facility, as well as the kid-friendly water park/pool. The restaurants and bars on site offered tasty options, and the robust WiFi throughout the property was a bonus. I had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this hotel for a family-oriented experience.

Lastly, I left some clothes in the closet and had difficulty getting a response regarding their return. Despite these small setbacks, overall I would still recommend the hotel for its great family amenities and spaciousness.

Located in a relatively good area, there are a couple of decent local restaurants nearby. To access the water park, non-guests are kept out by charging for parking in the area due to the confined downtown area. DMC convention center is also close by for business travelers.

Some parts of the hotel seem to be under renovation with ongoing construction noises disrupting the peace.

The hotel is incredibly clean and the rooms are beautifully decorated with captivating art. The pool area provides great access and is enjoyable for vegetarians and vegans.

The check-in process was also a hassle, taking up to 2 hours due to the online check-in being disabled. Furthermore, the dining experience was subpar, with limited vegetarian options and high prices for take-out orders. Despite these negatives, I still had a good stay overall.

I loved the amazing outdoor water park at the hotel, it was so much fun! The variety of restaurants were a plus, and the beautiful architecture and antiques added to the luxury experience. I would recommend this hotel.

Great art in lobby, relaxing outdoor patio, delicious steak, kid-friendly pool, friendly staff, well-located for attractions.

The staff at the waterpark were friendly. The young boy picked up towels and helped us find seats. The facility was huge and nicely decorated for the holidays. The room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was great. Discount parking was accommodated for our event without any issues.

The restaurant at the top offers a stunning view of the city skyline. The room was very clean. The hotel is located in the Dallas area.

The complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi were a nice touch, and the location was key, as it was close to all the tourist attractions. The pool was also a highlight, as it was clean and refreshing on hot days.

The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful when I tried to ask for recommendations on where to eat or what to do in the area. The rooms were outdated and had a strange smell. The housekeeping staff did not clean the room thoroughly and forgot to provide clean towels. it was not worth the price and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
