During my stay, I faced numerous challenges that left me disappointed. Upon arrival, I realized that parking was quite expensive, which was an unexpected cost I hadn't budgeted for. On top of that, when I checked in, the desk staff initially stated there were no rooms available for my reservation, which added to my frustration. Overall, I felt that the experience did not meet my expectations, especially given the significant price I paid.

i also had to pay extra for parking, which should’ve been included with the price i paid. what a disappointing experience.

The indoor pool was great for our son.

I was blown away by the unique art collection throughout the hotel, especially the pieces from the Berlin Wall. The Jade Waters pool complex was such a blast for the kids with its slides and lazy river! Plus, the breakfast buffet had just the right amount of delicious options to start our day right.

The stay was a blast with special touches like the beautifully decorated cookies for kids and the fun movie night atmosphere with blankets and popcorn! I enjoyed relaxing in the spa lounge and taking a dip in the stunning aqua park. Just a heads up, it would be nice if they had soap by the sink in the lobby area. 😊

Chur, the art collection was heaps cool, but man, paying extra for parking was a bit rough, eh? Overall, the indoor pool was a sweet spot for my son!

Dining options were fantastic, with everything from casual cafes to fine dining at SER Steakhouse right on-site!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Hilton Anatole. The friendly staff made me feel welcome, and the unique art collection was a delightful surprise. The convenience of having multiple dining options on-site added to the experience, making meals easy and enjoyable. I loved the beautiful environment and the spacious amenities, particularly the vibrant pool area, which was perfect for relaxation.

had a great time at the hilton anatole! the jade waters pool was super fun for the kids, they loved the slides and lazy river. staff were really nice too, always helping out when we needed. the breakfast in the grand ballroom was a classy touch with great food and fun decor. loved the art collection around the hotel, especially the unique pieces!

The breakfast buffet was mighty fine, with attentive staff. The water park had fantastic slides that kept the kids grinning. Just a wee bit pricey for parking, though. It caught me off guard, but overall, a grand stay!

It is a spacious hotel with a well-equipped gym and spa facilities and vibrant dining options for every palate!

the hilton had so many amenities. the jade waters water park was a hit with our family, especially the lazy river and attentive staff. enjoyed poolside snacks and a wonderful buffet breakfast with various options. a nice retreat!

parking fees could be lower. and check-in was slow.
