I loved the lobby's beauty and the big, comfortable rooms. The service was prompt, with unlimited coffee and water. Despite some homeless around, we felt safe. The historical charm was captivating, but the hotel's age showed in the outdated rooms. Not many amenities, and some areas need repair, but the staff was kind and helpful.

The staff were super friendly, and having a microwave and ice machine in the room was clutch. 🌟 The indoor pool was top-notch for a relaxing swim after a long day, and the air con in the room was bang on. But, lemme tell ya, the noise from the street at night was a bit of a bother, man. 🤷‍♂️

I stayed at The Biltmore Los Angeles for a quick stopover during my travel and found its proximity to the Pershing Square Metro Station very convenient. It's just a 3-minute walk away, allowing easy access to transportation options such as the LAX FlyAway bus straight to the terminal. the hotel's location, just 0.5 km from 7th Street/Metro Center, provided seamless connectivity during my transit in the city.

The only minor downside I encountered during my stay was the parking situation. While the hotel offers on-site parking, the fees added up quickly, and the absence of valet service made it slightly inconvenient, especially when dealing with luggage.

I've stayed at this hotel before, and this time was just as great. the staff is always friendly and genuinely happy to help. the rooms are kept clean, and any issues we had were promptly addressed. the parking might be a bit pricey, but it's convenient with in-and-out privileges. the location is fantastic, right in the center of downtown LA. There are some fantastic restaurants nearby, and the historic atmosphere of the hotel adds to the experience.
