I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which has truly become my second home in this city. The location is perfect, situated on a quiet street that's close to George Washington University and within walking distance of many attractions. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a well-equipped gym and washing facilities that were really handy. The rooms are spacious and modern, with a great size bathroom and plenty of space for two people. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and at home throughout my stay.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the metro and attractions in the area. the spacious rooms were a highlight, offering a comfortable bed, sitting area, and fully equipped kitchen. Another advantage was the helpful staff who provided suggestions and made restaurant reservations, making our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few small issues during our stay that could be improved upon. Some of the amenities in the room were broken or in need of upgrading, such as the hangers in the closet and the heating system.

It offers easy access to many areas of the city. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchenette. The staff is attentive, and daily towel service is provided. Additionally, the hotel has an on-site restaurant that serves great food.

My city break at this hotel was amazing! the location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro station and close to Georgetown and the National Mall. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchenette. I also loved the separate bathroom and dressing room area. the hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.

There was honestly nothing I disliked about my stay at this hotel. the only thing I can think of is that the exterior of the hotel doesn't look as nice as the inside, but that was not a big deal at all.

We had a fantastic stay at this venue. The location was perfect for us, right next to the university campus and in a safe and residential neighborhood. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, greeting us every day and showing genuine concern when a family member fell ill. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, including a kitchen and sitting area. We also appreciated the complimentary bicycles, which allowed us to explore the area and visit the nearby National Mall.

I had a wonderful stay at a superb hotel in a tree-lined street. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and very clean. The bed was comfortable and there was a large work desk which was perfect for my needs. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants. I also appreciated the hot breakfast included each morning. The coin laundry in the basement was a great convenience. I had a perfect visit to Washington, thanks to the superb service and accommodations at this hotel. 11 out of 10 for service!

During my stay, I had a minor issue with the hotel's WiFi. The signal in my room on the 5th floor was agonizingly slow.

As this was our honeymoon trip, the hotel staff at River Inn-A Modus prepared a lovely surprise in our room, which made it really special. The location is excellent, just 2 blocks away from the Foggy Bottom-GWU subway station, with many cafes in the area. The suite's furniture was impressive, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the magnificent view from our top-floor 1-bedroom suite.

The River Inn was a great find! The kitchenette was perfect for cooking meals and the location was unbeatable. We also appreciated the early check-in and friendly staff. we would highly recommend!
