The rooms were modern and spacious, and there was a grocery store just around the corner for necessities.

One night, the air conditioning stopped working and although we notified the staff, it was never fixed. there was a noxious smell of smoke coming from a nearby room that was not addressed, despite our requests to remedy the issue.

The staff, especially Beatriz, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. The modern and clean rooms were comfortable, and the showers were superb. Although the beds were a bit too firm for our liking, the overall experience was top-notch. The convenient location near metro and bus lines made exploring the city easy. We would definitely recommend this unique and youthful hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon.

The location was perfect, as it was very near the metro station which got us to most places in central Lisbon. The hotel is also away from the main tourist paths but still in easy walking distance to the main attractions. Despite this, it was still within easy walking distance to all the main attractions. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was outstanding. They were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel at home. Lastly, the basic amenities in the rooms were excellent, including a TV and a view that added to the overall experience. The fact that breakfast was included was a definite bonus, and it was great to mingle with locals and other travelers during the meal.
