the hotel's modern amenities and well, maintained facilities, including the beautiful lobby and picturesque gardens, truly impressed me. the spacious room with thoughtful details like adjustable bed chandeliers and high, quality bath amenities added to the comfort of my stay. the delicious and varied breakfast, top, notch Saffron Thai restaurant, and complimentary kayaks and paddle boards were fantastic perks.

Nothing it was perfect.

The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with amazing views and a beautiful beach. We were also able to hike in the nearby National Park, which was a unique experience. The room we stayed in was modern and inspiring, and the bathroom was astonishing with a relaxing bathtub. The staff were incredibly caring and attentive, especially with our children, and the hotel had great facilities like a kids club and a gym. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options.

That there were only two restaurants in the hotel, and we felt that there could have been more options on the menu.

I had the most exquisite breakfast at Banyan Tree. The wide range of cuisines, fresh fruits, and bakeries made each morning a delightful experience. The salt-based swimming pools were a refreshing change and I loved the stunning west-oriented sunsets. The spacious and well-designed bathrooms added to the luxurious feel of the property. The attentive staff provided impeccable service at the restaurants, especially at the Thai restaurant with its breathtaking view. The clean and well-equipped gym was a bonus.

One specific situation that happened to a hotel guest: I was disappointed by the lack of shade around the bar and pool area. Although there were umbrellas, having more fixed shade would have enhanced the overall experience.

The resort offers a range of facilities and activities, perfect for vegetarians and vegans. The buffet breakfast includes a variety of vegetarian options, and the staff are knowledgeable and accommodating when it comes to dietary restrictions. There are also cooking workshops available where you can learn how to prepare delicious plant-based meals.

We felt more than at home during our stay at Banyan Tree Krabi, with no reason to complain.

Sandy beach chic decor, private beach, fun kids club, and free adult activities make for a perfect family vacation. We loved the sumptuous buffet breakfast and the Thai Boxing class was a highlight. the stunning lobby with a sea view is breathtaking, and every inch of space is carefully considered. the quality is exceptional and no matter where you go, every angle of the hotel, the beach, and the sea view is just beautiful.

The debris on the beach was a bit of a turn-off, but the resort staff was very diligent in cleaning it up and making sure the beach was clean and safe for guests. the loud generator noise in one of the rooms was disturbing, but thankfully, the hotel staff immediately upgraded our room to a quieter location.
