The Hilton Garden Inn Auburn exceeded our expectations. The staff was excellent, very friendly and accommodating. Mary at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. The room was overall very nice, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The location was great, within walking distance to a recommended Italian restaurant and a Catholic Church. The on-site restaurant had fantastic dinner choices at reasonable prices. The exercise room was clean and had a nice offering, including a treadmill with a TV. a great stay for couples.

My husband and I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Auburn for one night. We were greeted by the friendly and accommodating staff who checked us in early. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the lobby. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service we received. We mentioned it was our first night away from our baby and the hotel surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne and breakfast tickets. The entire staff was pleasant and made our stay memorable.

Clean property, comfortable bed, strong shower with plenty of hot water. Helpful staff. Bars and restaurants nearby, although closed on 4th of July. Merry Go Round Theater suggestion was fantastic, Broadway-level production! Highly recommended for visiting New York Chiropractic College. Sincere welcome at check-in and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Wonderful suite, comfortable bed and soft pillows. Prompt and thorough housekeeping. Microwave and refrigerator handy for leftovers. Looking forward to trying out the pool and fitness room on next vacation. Missed out on first Friday festivities, but everyone seemed to be having a great time. Fantastic experience!

One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast buffet, which offered a variety of options to start our days off right. this hotel provided excellent value for money and exceeded our expectations.

We stayed at a hotel in the Finger Lakes area, which was a great location for our events and scenic drives. The hotel was near several excellent restaurants like Prison City and the Thirsty Pug. The room was spacious, clean and relaxing. The housekeeping staff promptly responded to our requests for items. It was nice to have a well-maintained fitness center, and the free coffee and newspaper were great perks.

The price for the room was a bit high compared to other hotels in the area.
