I stayed at this hotel recently and I must say, it was a great experience. I loved how convenient the location was, right across the street from the train station. It made getting around so easy. Plus, it was just a short walk to the Prudential Center, which was really convenient for me. The staff at the hotel were also amazing. They were friendly and helpful, from the shuttle driver to the front desk. They even went above and beyond when my daughter injured her ankle and provided us with ice and allowed me to park my car for a few hours while I got aid for her. The service was outstanding.

The location was super convenient, close to the airport and right next to Penn Station. The hotel had excellent access to transportation, with the PATH train taking me to the World Trade Center and the Metro train to Penn Station NYC. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Parking was also very convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect as it is right next to the train station, which made it very convenient for us to travel around. During the day, it was great for handling business, and in the evening, we were able to easily go out for a cocktail or catch a show. We especially loved how close it was to the Prudential Center - just a short walk away! It made attending events there a breeze. Additionally, the room was spacious, clean, and smelled fresh. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. We were impressed that when we ran out of towels and called the front desk, they promptly delivered fresh ones to our room. a wonderful experience!

The location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic escape. Being directly connected to the train station made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area and getting into the city. We could easily hop on a train to New York City, Hoboken, or even the shore. It made our vacation so much easier and stress-free. Additionally, the beds were surprisingly comfortable, allowing us to get a good night's sleep despite the busy train station right outside.

One thing we were disappointed in was the lack of amenities in the room. It would have been nice to have a refrigerator to keep our drinks and snacks cold, especially when the hotel didn't provide breakfast.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious enough for me to move around in with a wheelchair, and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were all extremely helpful and nice, except for one person at the front desk on the morning I checked out. The location was perfect for traveling into Manhattan and other areas using the NJ Transit system. The hotel also had a festive holiday decor when I visited in December, and there was an on-site restaurant/bar that looked inviting.

As for breakfast offerings, it would have been nice if there were more variety. my experience at this hotel was positive and I enjoyed my stay.

The big bed was comfortable. TV was a good size. Food in the restaurant was good. Service was very good. Location is key. Steps away from Newark Penn Station. Indoor corridor with shops and food options. Authentic ethnic restaurants nearby.

I had a great 2-night stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Free at the reception, went above and beyond to accommodate me, even though I failed to communicate my flight changes. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, right across from the train station and with easy access to Madison Square Gardens. The customer service was exceptional, allowing me to check-in early without any hassle. The hotel's convenient spot near transit was a bonus.

This hotel is conveniently located near the train station and the theater district, making it a great location. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. The housekeeping staff was friendly and even went above and beyond with replenishing supplies. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows.

The walls are thin and noise from the outside and adjacent rooms is easily heard, which can be disruptive to sleep.
