The staff in the dining room were friendly and hard-working, ensuring our dining experience was enjoyable. Our king room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, providing us with a relaxing stay. Both pools were clean and not too busy, allowing us to enjoy a refreshing swim. The overall friendliness of the staff and their willingness to assist with anything made our stay even better. We would definitely come back to this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to everything and near all the theaters along Shepherd of the Hills Parkway. The hotel facilities were excellent, with both indoor and outdoor pools that were clean and not busy. The parking was convenient and there was ample space. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options, including biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, and make-your-own waffles. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome.

The hotel has an indoor pool, outdoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast is available from 7 to 9am. The lobby and on-site areas are decorated with Christmas lights and trees. Across the street, there are eateries like Olive Garden and IHOP. The hotel offers a laid back atmosphere and is conveniently located.
