The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, especially the fresh fruit and coffee. the location was perfect, right on a lake with a lovely deck to relax on. Plus, the room was very nice and spacious, with beautiful views.

I was disappointed to find out that there were many lodgers with dogs, especially since I have pet allergies. Additionally, the room service did not make up the beds and the hallways had rugs with pet odors.

The value for money at The Black Swan was excellent, and our room was spacious and beautifully updated. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the staff treated us with utmost friendliness and professionalism.

Breakfast delights could have been improved with a more varied selection of food items.

I absolutely loved the picturesque view of the lake from my room and the small older deck that overlooked it. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spa bath in my room. The Indian food from Mint, the on-site restaurant, was superb. The service provided by the friendly staff was top-notch, from the hospitable welcome at check-in to the helpful assistance throughout my stay. The free coffee, muffins, and fruits in the morning were a nice touch, and I appreciated the free juice available all day.

We loved this hotel! As a young couple in our 20s, we were looking for a hotel on the lake with a beautiful view, hiking trails, and good restaurants, and we found it! Donald, the hotel staff. He suggested a better hiking trail and recommended the best local restaurants, which we absolutely loved. The location was perfect, with a beach just a short distance away. We had a fantastic time and would definitely return!

The lake view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. We had a balcony just a few feet away from the water, making it the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The WiFi was excellent and the TV had a good selection of channels. Additionally, having a Keurig coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. Despite the hotel's slightly outdated appearance, the comfort and tranquility of our stay made up for it. We also appreciated the variety of nearby restaurants to choose from, although the on-site Indian restaurant wasn't our first choice. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay with a stunning lake view.

This hotel is an absolute gem! the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our last-minute check-in a breeze. Secondly, the room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities, including a strong shower and a handy heat lamp in the bathroom. And the view from the breakfast room in the morning was simply breathtaking - overlooking a beautiful lake. Lastly, the reasonable off-season price made this hotel excellent value for money, especially considering its convenient location on the lakefront.

The bed is comfortable, staff outstanding, location perfect. On-site breakfast and restaurant. Keurig in room is great. Lovely, quaint spot in a wonderful location. Clean and comfortable rooms. I recently stayed at The Black Swan in Lee for a weekend getaway. The hotel had stunning views of the lake, which made for a perfect fall setting. We enjoyed kayaking and sipping tropical cocktails by the lake. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the breakfast in town was delicious. The room itself was gorgeous and clean, with a great view. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond by arranging my child's stuffed animals neatly on his bed. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the hotel's location made it easy to explore the Berkshires. The free Wi-Fi and on-site Indian restaurant were added bonuses.
