The lobby was warm and inviting, creating a great first impression. The suite room was spacious and perfect for getting ready. We enjoyed the convenience of having a bar and breakfast service available. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

Location is great with nearby restaurants and shops. Indoor pool is heated and has minerals instead of chlorine. Lounge area and bar are large and comfortable for dinner and drinks. Has a deck with a lovely view of the sunset. Nice lobby fireplace to enjoy drinks after dinner.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate bedroom and living room. The small kitchenette was a convenient addition. The parking was ample and the location was easy to access. The breakfast selection was good. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The front desk team, especially Allison, Tony, and Jaylan, were kind and helpful. The GM, Scott, even personally made sure we felt supported. The restaurant staff, particularly Angeles, worked efficiently and with kindness to ensure we felt welcomed throughout our stay. the entire staff had a positive attitude and made our stay enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had an awesome Christmas stay! the staff was very welcoming and provided complimentary hot cocoa and cookies during check-in which was a delightful surprise. This hotel is located near a lot of restaurants and shopping, making it easy to get around without having to rely on transportation. We also appreciated the heated pool as it was chilly outside and the pool was a perfect escape from the weather.

the hallways had a slight musky smell which was not very pleasant. However, the room itself was clean and cozy.

The soundproofing between floors was poor, as we could hear the people above us walking across the floor. Additionally, the room was not cleaned well, with multiple strands of hair found in the bathroom and on the floor.

Located close to everything you need in the area, including a football stadium, shopping and restaurants, this hotel is in a great location. Despite the proximity to the main road, it offered a quiet atmosphere to rest and relax. The comfortable beds and outstanding bathroom features, along with the friendly service of the hotel staff, made our stay highly enjoyable. the cooked-to-order breakfast served with a smile was a fantastic way to start the day.
