Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had a pleasant stay. the breakfast and dinner options were delicious and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. the cleanliness of the lobby and rooms was impressive, making us feel comfortable and at ease during our stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area.

There were some drawbacks during our stay. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms fell short of expectations, with some issues of housekeeping not fully cleaning the rooms.

This hotel location was convenient for our group of friends, as it was in a busy loud area with plenty of restaurants nearby, just like the one next door that we enjoyed. Additionally, the hotel was close to everything. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was adequate. The staff provided decent service, and the breakfast was okay. However, our negative experience was with the dated facilities.

Quiet location for a good night's sleep, especially if flying early. Clean dining area with excellent customer service and delicious food. Convenient parking and professional staff, who provided efficient check-in and explained the facilities. Enjoyed a lovely East-facing room to view the sunrise at 5 am. Outstanding breakfast with fresh fruit, juice and best omelets tasted.

The room was clean, big, and had a comfortable bed. The amenities like the refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker were appreciated. Free warm cookies in the lobby were a nice touch. The staff, specifically Kim, was helpful and accommodating.

I had a great stay at this venue. The location was perfect for me, as it was within the Technical Park area. The staff here were exceptional and I was impressed with their service, especially with the room amenities. I had access to the in-room safe, ironing facilities, and air conditioning. I was also happy to have free Wi-Fi in my room. I was thrilled to have access to the leisure spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, and other facilities. Moreover, the staff members here were accommodating, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was also convenient and close to everything I needed.

There were a couple of negative aspects to my stay. I was disappointed to find out that there was a $25 charge for incidentals upon checking in, which I was told would be refunded the next morning.

This hotel was a great find! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive to our needs. We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money, especially considering the breakfast was included in the price. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Plus, the hotel is located in a convenient spot near the Technical Park and other local shops.

The hotel had a great location, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The staff was excellent and very friendly, always willing to help with any questions or concerns we had. We loved the fact that the hotel offered complimentary breakfast and dinner, which saved us a lot of money. The food was delicious and there was a good variety to choose from. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, with the rooms and common areas always being well-maintained.

One drawback was the lack of hot water during our stay. It was quite frustrating not being able to take a hot shower, especially considering the price we paid for our stay.

The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was warm and accommodating. I loved the location of the hotel, as it allowed me easy access to nearby shopping centers. The price point was just right too!

The birthday celebration at Hilton Garden Inn was a pleasure from start to finish. Ms. Vicki guided us through the planning process and ensured that the conference room was set up perfectly for our 120 guests. The food and staff were both excellent, with the chef taking personal interest in making sure everything was pleasing. The clean and accommodating room exceeded our expectations. If you're in the area, this hotel is the place to be!

Amazing customer service, allowing early check-in and late check-out. Clean rooms with well-stocked amenities, including a spotless iron. Comfortable beds, even for a tall person. Great breakfast with delicious French toast, bacon, and sausage. Friendly staff, quick and efficient service.
