The cleanliness needs attention!!! Windows were smeared, and the elevator buttons had fingerprints everywhere!!! The outside of the building must be pressure washed!!! Overall, the experience felt sketchy with patched holes in the walls!!!

My stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Black River Falls I-94 was delightful! The room was tidy and well-equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and a hairdryer. I particularly enjoyed the free breakfast that included a variety of options and the pleasant surprise of cold lemon water available throughout the day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always offering a smile and assistance when needed.

Only the breakfast could use a few more fresh fruit options.
