Hilton Garden Inn- Chicago Central Loop provided a comfortable stay with a large, clean room and a very comfortable bed. the modern bathroom with all necessary amenities was a nice touch, along with the convenient coffee maker. the location near Union Station and Willis Tower made it ideal for exploring downtown Chicago.

The room was surprisingly large and had blackout curtains, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. Despite a minor issue with the bed sheets, the bed itself was fairly comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for its prime location and helpful staff.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable - it is close to many activities and has excellent safety features in place. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-suited for a comfortable stay. The spacious bathroom is definitely a plus, with all amenities included. The staff at the front desk is helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home. In the mornings, we loved the complementary continental breakfast which was yummy and saved us time. Additionally, the hotel is very quiet and provided us with an undisturbed night's sleep. We also enjoyed the modern facilities and comfortable bedding.

Although it had great service, the hotel could benefit from providing a wider range of food options - maybe a late-night menu or more breakfast options.

The city view that we paid for was non-existent in our room, and the bed was not as comfortable as we expected. It was too hard with no give, leaving us with a noticeable difference from our memory foam mattress at home.
