Comfortable and clean hotel near the Cleveland airport. Excellent location for quick access to the interstate. Our room was ready even though we arrived late at night. The staff was friendly and efficient. The lobby sitting area was pleasant.

We loved the convenience of this hotel's location right by the airport. The shuttle service was excellent, picking us up early in the morning for our 6am flight and also taking us to the train station for our downtown exploration. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We stayed overnight at Hilton Garden for a layover and the proximity to the airport was perfect. The staff was awesome, and the 24-hour shuttle service made getting around a breeze. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a nice view of the city. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety of options to choose from.

The hotel could use some updates and renovations, as the decor felt a bit outdated. the bathroom had some rust and the light flickered, which was a bit creepy.

As foreign tourists, we loved the newly remodeled rooms on the 6th floor. The clean and spacious bathroom was a great plus. The staff, from the friendly check-in clerk to the attentive wait staff at the restaurant, were all super nice and helpful. We were also grateful for the 24-hour airport shuttle service, as it made our travel arrangements much easier. we had a pleasant stay and would consider returning.

The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, including our updated and comfortable room. Additionally, the breakfast served by the chef was delicious, with perfectly cooked eggs and moist yet crispy biscuits.

The breakfast at Hilton Garden Inn was absolutely delicious! I loved starting my mornings with fresh fruit, omelets made to order, and those amazing donuts from Dicks Bakery. The lobby was inviting and had refreshing fruit-infused water available. The rooms were spacious and quiet, providing a comfortable stay. The added convenience of the airport van, which could take you to nearby restaurants or Starbucks, was a great service. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, friendly staff, and proximity to the airport and freeways.
