There was nothing I didn't like.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel during my new year trip! the staff, especially Alex at the front desk, were always friendly and helpful. the room was spotless and comfortable, with room darkening curtains and a fridge. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options like eggs, waffles, fruit, and fresh fruit juice. the hotel's location was perfect, situated at the end of the main street with great restaurants and unique shops nearby. I also appreciated the covered and secure parking structure.

The only downside was the fee for parking, which was around $10 per day. However, when I asked, they kindly waived it from my bill.

The hotel had comfortable beds, clean rooms, and hot showers. The rooms also had a mini fridge and microwave. The staff, both at the front desk and on the floors, were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, right in downtown within walking distance to eateries, art classes, and beautiful sculptures.

We felt cared for and had no reason to complain.

Clean, comfortable room with a spacious bathroom and nice linens. The friendly staff always greeted us with a smile and the breakfast included a good selection of food. The location was convenient for exploring downtown and there was plenty of parking available. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, being conveniently located on Main Street. Another advantage was the size of the shower, which was surprisingly spacious for a hotel.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. Firstly, the windows in the room were smudged and had fingerprints all over them, making the room feel dirty.

The hotel was recently updated and fresh, with a modern feel. the staff was friendly and professional, providing excellent service. the location was great, with many restaurants within walking distance and close proximity to the National Monument. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of options, including fresh sliced strawberries and berries.

Parking was limited and shared with another hotel, which made finding a spot a bit challenging. Additionally, there were no on-site laundry facilities and the shuttle service only provided transportation to and from the airport.

The hotel was conveniently located near the heart of the city and within a short walking distance to many restaurants and sights. the staff was very friendly and helpful, providing valuable tips about the area. the breakfast was a great start to the day and the free samples of local treats were a nice touch.

It was also disappointing that there were no kettles available for tea drinkers in the room.
