This hotel is a great stay in terms of value for money - the rooms are spacious and comfortable with a Jacuzzi, the staff is always helpful and the breakfast at Safari grill is fantastic, especially with the omelette chef.

The hotel is conveniently located near the mall and right off I-90, making it easy to access. The rooms with a king-size bed are spacious and have great Wi-Fi. The Jacuzzi adds an extra touch of relaxation. The breakfast at Safari Grill is included and offers a variety of delicious options, including a dedicated omelette chef.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was just fine.

This hotel has a lot to offer. The rooms were very nice, larger than most hotel rooms. They had a large flat-screen TV, two queen beds, a desk with a chair, and a chair and ottoman. Despite the size, we still had room to move around comfortably with four people in the room. We also enjoyed the extended pool hours from 6 am till 11 pm, and the staff was very helpful and nice. The location was very convenient, with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Additionally, the hotel has a jacuzzi and an outdoor seating area, which was a nice bonus.

The location was perfect, close to everything I needed and the Ambassador event center. Additionally, the hotel was close to the movie theater, making it convenient for entertainment options. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly.

The highlight was undoubtedly the indoor hot tub and pool, providing the perfect way to destress. The attention to detail with different pillow options allowed for a restful night's sleep, something I hadn't experienced in ages. Carlos, the front desk clerk, made check-in a breeze. The hotel's location was convenient, with various dining options and supermarkets nearby.

We had a lovely romantic escape with plenty of cool places to go nearby. They offered us complementary breakfast and free parking, which was very handy. We were pleased with the amazing view from our room, that was really beautiful!

There were a few negative aspects that we didn't enjoy. the room wasn't as clean as we would have hoped, and we could hear other guests through the thin walls.

Zach and the staff at the hotel were amazing! They checked us in smoothly and went out of their way to accommodate us. the pool and hot tub were a much-needed treat, and our adjoining rooms were perfect for our group. We were impressed by how politely our elderly and medically mask exempt family members were treated. the staff was always friendly and hardworking, and the cleanliness of the facilities was top-notch. the location was also great for us, as we were able to easily travel from different states and access shopping areas like Erie and Grove City. our experience at the Hilton Garden was fantastic!
