Loved the central location of this place, right near tons of restaurants, bars, and shops, plus a quick walk to Times Square. Super friendly staff made check in a breeze! Room was clean and comfy, with a nice bathroom. Paid for an early check in, totally worth it! 🌟 Enjoyed unwinding in the cozy TV room and courtyard, but wished the water wasn't so pricey. Oh well, overall great stay, no biggie!

They were very apologetic about any inconvenience we faced and worked hard to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. the location in Midtown was a dream - surrounded by iconic spots like Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and Central Park.

One thing that could be improved is the clarity on additional charges. Some guests mentioned unexpected security deposits, which can be a bit confusing.

Our room had no view & was beside the lift, resulting in a little morning noise. While this was a minor inconvenience, opting for a higher floor with a better view would be preferable next time.

The only minor inconvenience I encountered was the issue with the hotel attempting to deduct the amount from my card on the day of arrival. As a frequent traveler, it would have been more convenient if they had informed me about this policy in advance to avoid any misunderstanding or inconvenience.

cleanliness and comfy king size rooms - a stone's throw to top city spots - top-notch service, and endless hot water for a relaxing vibe. the hotel checked all the boxes for a great stay.

Everything was good at this hotel in central Manhattan. the staff gave excellent service with a smile. I especially LOVED the clean room with a king bed. Would choose again. the leisure facilities were better than on photos!

Exceptional service from friendly and personable staff, comfortable rooms, perfect location near attractions, good breakfast with lots of options, quick check-in, convenient walking distance to everything.

The location was great, with easy access to subways and popular attractions. We were able to explore Times Square and Macy's without any trouble. Additionally, there was a 24-hour Dunkin' Donuts nearby, which was convenient for a quick breakfast or snack.

The room service was disappointing. the room cleaning was also inconsistent, with towels and tissue frequently being missed.

Hilton Garden offers a prime location, a few blocks from major attractions. the balcony room provides fantastic views, and safety measures are top-notch. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the store offers a good selection of snacks.

Parking off-site for $50.
