I had a great stay at Hilton Garden Inn. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. Despite being close to the highway, it was easy to get around. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Oakland for two nights. The hotel had free parking and was conveniently located off the highway. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I also enjoyed the complimentary afternoon cookies and the room coffeemaker. The hotel had spacious rooms, a safe area, and plenty of nearby restaurants and stores. The service in the restaurant was great and the common areas were attractive. The weekend rates were also very reasonable.

I was initially worried about the availability of a pack 'n play for my son, but the hotel went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and safety. Despite running out of pack 'n plays, they managed to find one for us when we discussed cancellation. Although it arrived without the floor, the staff immediately provided sheets to cushion it. They even offered to send someone up with the missing floor, although they didn't arrive in the end. Despite this minor issue, the hotel's dedication to making my son's sleep comfortable was truly commendable.

The beds were amazing, adjustable just like in the TV commercial, so you can find your perfect comfort level. The towels were luxurious and fluffy, and the pool was large and sparkling clear. The hot tub was hot and powerful, and the made-to-order food for breakfast and dinner was delicious. The business center PCs were fast and cleared your data when you signed off.

We had a great time at this hotel! The location was extremely convenient, with easy access to the Bart station, making it a breeze to explore San Francisco. We found it especially convenient to get to the airports and the event we were attending. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with lumpy beds being the only minor downside. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious, with a wonderful variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had fantastic facilities, including a large pool and a powerful hot tub.

That the rooms were a bit dated and the bathroom cleanliness was marginal.

As business guests, we appreciated the convenient wall thermostat, spacious TV, professional curtains, comfortable bed, clean shower. The coffee machine was a nice bonus, and there was ample lighting in the room.
