The hotel had a great location, very convenient to all the places I visited, including Cheaha State Park. The cleanliness was exceptional and I loved the newly remodeled rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

We stayed at a hotel located near the grandson's State baseball tournament. The location was perfect as there were many dining venues and shops. The hotel staff were friendly and the room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with a K-cup machine. The indoor pool and hot tub were well-maintained.

The noise level was high, with kids running and screaming in the hallways until late at night.

In the morning, there was a free coffee station set up, which was a nice touch.

They quickly resolved an issue I had with the room key system and even provided breakfast vouchers as a gesture of goodwill. The grounds of the hotel were well-maintained and the mini gym and pool were a nice addition. The upgrade to the room key system demonstrated their commitment to improving the guest experience.

When we arrived, the hotel was being remodeled, but our room was already finished and looked great. The breakfast service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. We had a minor issue with the curtains not fully blocking out the light, but it didn't affect our sleep. we enjoyed our stay at Hilton Garden.
