The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and responsive. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, accommodating our requests for early check-in and late check-out. the breakfast provided at the top floor of the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options and a stunning view of the city. Additionally, the location of the hotel couldn't have been better, with easy access to all the major attractions and a nearby underground parking garage.

One downside of our stay was that the room did not have air conditioning, which was quite unexpected and made the room uncomfortably hot. We were given a fan for ventilation, but it did not completely solve the problem.

I recently stayed at the NH Collection in Brussels for a week-long trip. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of shops and restaurants. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a clean and stylish decor. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ensuring that my needs were met. I recently stayed at the Nh Collection hotel in the center of Brussels for my wedding anniversary. The hotel staff surprised us with delicious desserts and a personal note from the manager, which was a really nice touch. The room was modern and clean, with a small balcony. The staff were all lovely and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its central location, cleanliness, and exceptional service.

My stay at Nh Collection was absolutely fantastic! I was in Brussels for a business trip and stayed for a week. The hotel's convenient central location made it easy for me to navigate the city. The room exceeded my expectations in terms of space and comfort, and the friendly and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot and humid weather. I also loved the amazing breakfast served on the beautiful terrace, with its wide variety of offerings, including smoothies, cakes, and delicious French cheese. Additionally, having access to the BasicFit gym located right below the hotel was a huge plus.

This hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the metro station and not far from the central train station. The airport is just a short ride away at 6 am. Being in the center of the city, there are plenty of options for sightseeing and dining. The rooms are spacious, modern, very clean, and equipped with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The breakfast buffet is elaborate and has plenty of options. You can enjoy your breakfast on the rooftop terrace with a fantastic view of the city.

The noise level from outside can be a little high, but that is expected in a central location.
