The staff was professional and friendly, and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. I loved the comfortable furnishings and the cozy bed. The location was perfect for my needs, and there was plenty of parking available. The hotel amenities were great, especially the indoor pool and whirlpool. I also appreciated the fitness room and the option for laundry service. The lobby bistro served excellent breakfast, even though it was a bit pricey. The Sunday brunch they hosted for all the hotel guests was delicious. The free internet access was a bonus, and there was a small shop where I could buy snacks and sundries if needed. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The cost of breakfast per person was a little high, and it would have been nice to have a complementary continental breakfast or at least coffee provided. Additionally, the balcony had a smoking fee of $100, which I found unnecessary.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The check-in was outstanding, and the front desk even called to make sure everything was okay with the room. I wish I could have enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and balcony more. The hotel is in a great location in the Akron area near the concert venue.
