The room was delightful, comfortable, and peaceful, with a pleasant view. The staff were consistently caring, friendly and helpful, providing efficient luggage racks and valet parking services, and bartenders with vibrant personalities.

One drawback of the hotel is that some guests reported disappointment with the fulfillment of amenities advertised, so perhaps additional staff training could be considered.
