Within walking distance to great restaurants and bars at Market Square, or across from the convention center, you can't beat this location. Our room was spotlessly clean and well-appointed with all the amenities you'd expect. The staff provided excellent service and even recommended a fantastic restaurant for us to try.

I had a wonderful stay at Cumberland House. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from downtown, where I enjoyed exploring the area. The check-in staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The highlight of my stay was the incredibly comfy bed - I had a great night's sleep!

The only minor drawbacks were the additional charge for parking and the lack of a towel bar in the bathroom alcove. However, these were small inconveniences and did not overshadow the overall positive experience.

Despite some minor inconveniences, such as the parking situation and lack of free breakfast, the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Knoxville. We especially loved the proximity to the Market Area and Old Town. The room itself was cozy and well-appointed, providing us with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.
