We had a great experience at the hotel. The staff, especially the guy at check-in, was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. They even let my son choose a snack from the lobby store for his birthday. The hotel was clean, modern, and had a great layout with separate toilet and shower areas. The closet and dresser were spacious, perfect for longer stays. The location was convenient, close to the highway. The hotel managers, particularly two wonderful women, were kind and attentive. We loved the breakfast, especially the fresh spinach, ham, and havarti slices, boiled eggs. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

The abundance of outlets and media connection spots throughout the room was a nice touch. The breakfast room was spectacular, with a wide variety of food options and a lovely staff member named Fran managing it. a great experience that made me feel right at home.

The service was outstanding, including the dry cleaning and commercial services. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the amenities were top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the heated indoor swimming pool and the sun loungers that were available. The room amenities were also fantastic, including the sitting area and the refrigerator and microwave.

I recently stayed at Springhill Suites in Gurnee for a weekend getaway with my family. We needed a room with two queen beds instead of one king, and the hotel was able to accommodate our request at no extra cost. The beds were comfortable and the room had separate toilets and showers, which was convenient. The hotel staff was amazing, allowing us an extra hour to check out when we overslept. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The pool was heated and the free wifi and guest printer were a bonus. The staff also provided printed directions and address cards for nearby attractions, which was very helpful. we had a great experience and appreciate the hospitality.

The hotel was located in a safe area, and the facilities had free access to the nearby rec center. We enjoyed the comfortable and clean room, which had all the necessary amenities.

There was one negative aspect of our stay. The toilet was clogged upon our arrival, and the hotel staff provided us with a plunger in a plastic bag to fix it ourselves.

Located conveniently near the hospital, this hotel provided a clean and comfortable stay during my business trip. the friendly and helpful staff, especially Amanda, Fran, and Andriana, made my experience enjoyable and stress-free. the well-designed accommodation, with its spacious rooms and divided bathroom, was a bonus that added to the comfort of my stay.

The presence of crumbs and smudges on the tables and the lack of proper cleaning in the microwave and bathroom were disappointing. These details should have been thoroughly attended to in order to ensure the safety and satisfaction of guests.

The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the venue, with spacious rooms and amazing-smelling shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the older African American lady working there was incredibly sweet and gave us helpful tips for exploring Chicago. The hotel is also close to popular restaurants like Walmart, McDonald's, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Chili's, and there is minimal traffic. It's only about 8 to 10 minutes away from the Navy graduation ceremony, making it a great location.

We felt so welcome during our stay at Springhill Suites. There was absolutely no reason to complain.
