I'm a light sleeper, and I had no trouble getting a good night's sleep at the Hilton Garden Inn. The quiet environment and well-insulated rooms allowed me to sleep soundly.

Felt snug, no complaints.

This hotel is situated in a great location with easy access to downtown and nearby shops. Rooms are comfortable, well-decorated, and equipped with basic amenities including a cozy heavy blanket on the bed. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The breakfast is good with many options to choose from, except for the coffee which could be improved.

Great location near Sprouts market. Beautiful appearance inside and outside. Spacious and comfortable rooms with nice beds and baths. Friendly staff at check-in and front desk. Quiet despite proximity to the freeway.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location was perfect, as it was close to several restaurants and just down the street from the airport. Parking was convenient, and I appreciated the multiple outdoor access doors that made it easy to take my dogs out for potty breaks. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I especially want to shout out the amazing service from Eduardo at the hotel cafe. The complimentary espresso machine in the lobby was a delightful bonus.

Everything is what I need and want.

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn in Reno for a week to visit my children who live nearby. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The hotel's location was excellent, making it easy to get to where I needed to go. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. I appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, and cookies in the lobby. Additionally, the Saturday morning breakfast buffet was great, with delicious sausage and scrambled eggs.

The room had a whirlpool tub with a view of the bed, which made our stay unique and special. We felt pampered and indulged during our stay at Hilton. we highly recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were large and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The hotel is conveniently located near banks, grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations, making it easy to find everything I needed without dealing with heavy traffic. In addition, there is a small pond nearby where I was able to enjoy the sights and sounds of various bird species. It was a pleasant surprise for a bird lover like me.

I must say that the facility is starting to show its age. The furniture and carpet in the room were noticeably worn and stained, which was a bit disappointing.

First, the location was fantastic - away from the noisy area of Reno, but still conveniently close to everything. Second, the staff was really friendly and provided excellent service. They made me feel welcomed and attended to all my needs. Third, the rooms were clean and well-maintained. I particularly loved the whirlpool tub facing the bed, which added a touch of luxury to my stay. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the value for money offered by this hotel.

Some rooms offer a beautiful view of the surroundings, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

The cleanliness of the hallways and elevators could be improved.

The fitness center was definitely the highlight of my stay. It had all the necessary equipment and was well-maintained. Plus, the hotel was located in a great spot with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. Being able to walk to everything was a huge plus and saved me a lot of hassle.

The room itself left a lot to be desired. The furniture felt old and the bed was very uncomfortable.
