Wells provided a cozy cabin, like ambiance. the room was clean and well, equipped, offering a comfortable bed and a nice shower. Convenient location for exploring nearby towns and scenery. Smooth check, in and check, out process.

We loved the location of the hotel, centrally located in a gorgeous quaint little mountain town. the cleanliness of the property was exceptional and the staff was very attentive. the hotel facilities were top-notch, with modern amenities and contactless checking. the nearby zookeeper restaurant just down the hill was a great option for delicious food and a nice atmosphere.

Had an amazing stay! Walked into a beautiful, comfortable room with an amazing bed. the location was perfect, with Bucks Coffee Shop and Whiteside Brewery within walking distance. the room was clean and well-appointed, making for a cozy base camp for exploring nearby towns and scenery.

Room felt a bit small, with only one chair blocking the bathroom door. TV setup was tricky for us, as it seemed to be geared towards streaming apps we didn't have.

We used Wells as a base for a driving trip in the mountains. the room was immaculate, cozy, and had a wonderful mattress. the check-in process was seamless, and the room came equipped with a coffee maker and supplies. the property has a charming cabin-like vibe and a great location for exploring. the complimentary room made our group stay comfortable. A lovely surprise was the onsite brewery and Solo fire pit. Cons: Would recommend this hotel.

The staff kindly helped with early check-in on my first visit. the place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, off-site car park, picnic area, and flat-screen TV. the kitchen has all I need. They offer a business center, no pets, AC, and no smoking. Coming back for New Year!

We had a great stay at this hotel! The check-in process was seamless as the owner sent us a text with the code for our room. Our room was beautiful and modern, with comfortable pillows and relaxing lighting. The bathroom had a fan, heater, and a rain shower head. We loved having a Nespresso machine in the room and plenty of TV shows to watch. The hotel is conveniently located in Cashiers, NC and just a short drive to downtown Highlands. a wonderful place to stay!

Recently renovated hotel with clean rooms, keyless entry, and convenient location near a brewery and walking trail. Spacious loft-style rooms with multiple beds and bathrooms, ideal for families with older kids. a pleasant base for exploring the mountains.

We enjoyed the cross breeze from the windows with screens and the playground for the kids. Conveniently close to the BP gas station and Buck's coffee house. I recommend this hotel.

We stayed at a cozy mountain hotel during our recent city trip, and it was great! the rooms were very clean and had all the necessities, including complementary coffee and towels. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the town and close to restaurants and shops. Plus, there was a nice walking trail nearby that made for a relaxing morning stroll.

The parking lot was a bit small, making it difficult to find a spot during peak hours. the sound of traffic on the nearby road could be a bit loud at times.
