We loved our spacious and comfortable room with a HUGE balcony. The food at the buffet and restaurants was delicious, especially the breakfast chilaquiles and fresh juice. The drinks were excellent, and the bartenders were great. The location and building were beautiful and clean. Most of the staff were very attentive, especially the concierge check-in. The beach and poolside snacks and food were perfect.

We recently spent our Christmas vacation at a resort in Puerto Vallarta and had a great time. the property was beautiful and had amazing views of the ocean. the location was also ideal, as it was close to the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the variety of restaurants at the resort, offering different types of cuisine. the buffet for breakfast was also impressive, with a wide selection of delicious food.

There were a few aspects that we didn't like. the rooms were not up to par.

With exclusive amenities and excellent service, this hotel is a luxurious and relaxing retreat. The stunning outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sun terrace provide the perfect place to soak up the sun and unwind. The beach access is excellent, and the entertainment and bar/lounge area ensure an enjoyable stay. The room advantages are exceptional, with private facilities and exquisite decor. The free buffet breakfast is delicious, and the restaurant offers a diverse and mouth-watering menu.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the spa & wellness centre. While the facilities are inviting and comfortable, we found the services to be a bit overpriced. However, the overall experience of staying at this hotel was exceptional, and we would highly recommend it to everyone looking for a luxurious vacation spot.

The check-in process was a bit slow, and the concierge service seemed understaffed. The reserved restaurants had limited availability, causing our dinner plans to get delayed multiple times. The pool was a bit crowded during peak hours, and the music was too loud. The Wi-Fi was not very strong and had connectivity issues. it was a good New Year's experience, but there is room for improvement.

The buffet restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food, including top quality options. it's a great place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful vacation. Just be aware of the noise levels at times.
